Built from one real workflow
The product began with the daily operating work at B Home Management, not with a generic automation canvas.
Operations intelligence · Short-term rentals
Cadence is a Telegram-based operations assistant for managers of 5–25 short-term-rental units. It reads across property, pricing, cleaning, and accounting workflows, surfaces what needs attention, drafts the next step, and waits for approval before writing back.
The problem
A small property manager may work across a property-management system, pricing, cleaning, maintenance, accounting, and owner communication before the first guest message arrives.
The risk is not a lack of software. It is the handoff between the tools: a turnover that is not ready, a rate that needs attention, a maintenance item without an owner, or a report assembled too late.
The product flow
Bring the day’s signals from the tools the operator already uses into one briefing.
Call attention to turnover, pricing, cleaning, and reporting work that needs a decision.
Prepare the message, task, or next step so the operator can review it quickly.
Keep the human in control before anything is written back to an external system.
Trust by design
The product began with the daily operating work at B Home Management, not with a generic automation canvas.
Cadence works across the property, pricing, cleaning, and accounting tools already in use rather than asking the operator to replace them.
The assistant can prepare work, but the operator decides whether an external write should happen.
What is real today
Terrain AI Labs describes Cadence as live in daily use at B Home Management. That is the supported scope: one real operating partner, not a claim of broad SaaS adoption or a public technical architecture.
